Cancellations
Requests for cancellations must submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. After the first 24 hours, a cancellation may not be eligible for a cancellation refund.
To initiate a cancellation, please our me promptly via email at steph@stephbakes.shop, providing your order details and the request for cancellation. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once your cancellation is processed
Any damages caused after the cookies are shipped or delivered to you are not eligible for a refund.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us ASAP at steph@stephbakes.shop. This includes changing the date needed, a design, or color request.
I will do my best to accommodate any changes requested, but they cannot be guaranteed especially as your order date approaches.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct before placing your order. If set for pickup, ensure that you are able to reach the location for the meet up.
Packaging
All cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed in cellophane bags to ensure freshness. Orders will be shipped inside baker’s boxes.
